Function of Eliminating Agricultural Chemicals and Heavy Metals:
The Twin Gears have the ability to remove a high level of agricultural chemicals and heavy metals through the triturating and squeezing process, according to the founder of the "Living Juice" machine - Dr Norman Walker.

My Son's Life Was Saved By Green Juice

The things that we consider to be the most important in our lives are changed through time. In the past, people considered honour and wealth to be the most important things, but today, people have come to realize that health is the most important priority. People who have never been sick probably underestimate the importance of health. Everyone who runs his or her own business has different motives by which his or her business was started. For me however, there is a special reason why I started to develop the green juicer. The reason is because of my son's disease.

Unfortunately, my son suffered from a rare disease called congenital biliary atresia. I could not believe that he had to undergo an operation on the 70th day after his birth. I was in shock. It was not certain that his health would improve through the operation, but I followed the doctor's directions. Even though the operation was successful, my son's liver went bad and then he got liver cirrhosis. His abdominal dropsy was full and his stomach bulged. When I touched his stomach, I could feel his hardened liver. Words cannot describe the pain that he felt. A doctor said to me that my son would probably not live because the operation was not done in time. I refused to give up hope that my son would live - for the simple reason that his life was more precious than mine.

I started to care for him devotedly with the belief that his life depended on the healing powers of nature. I found a miraculous lifeline that saved his life when he was four years old and had undergone medical care for 3 years. At that time, I believed that there would be an alternative if no doctor could save my son's life and that nature would never send a life to the earth without any reason. I made up my mind to collect and use the information I had gathered from folk remedies and health seminars for my son's health.

One day, I attended a health seminar and I heard information about a green juice. At that time, I considered the information to be a panacea. The phrase, "To save one's life, one should eat living things," came to my mind.

However, I wondered how a green juice could treat the disease that even modern medical science could not. Despite this, I made up my mind to feed the green juice to my son since I had no other alternative. I made green juices using a grater because I did not know of any green juicer product. It was a hard work because only one glass of green juice could be made from one basket of vegetables. After a long time, a product called "crusher or green juicer" started to be manufactured. I never used a juicer or a mixer as much as possible. I fed green juice to my son for several years, and as I did, I could feel that his physical functions were returning to their normal condition. I thought, "This is the power of nature!"

Let me describe the case of a 55-year-old man, a university professor. In the hospital, he was diagnosed with liver cancer and was told that he would live for only six more months. He believed that only doctors could cure his disease because he was a devotee of modern medical science. He heard of the green juice by chance and started to take it after he had considered that he was reaching the end of his life. And so he made up his mind to try the green juice once.

More than six months had passed and the man was still alive. He underwent a medical examination because his physicians found his case very strange and mysterious. He heard from a doctor that the size of his cancer cells was reduced by half and that all physical functions were being returned to their normal condition. After that, he decided that it was his mission to inform the public of the value of green juice.

When I was making the green juice to cure my son's disease, I thought that existing methods for making it were very inconvenient. I keenly felt the necessity of a machine that could make green juice conveniently and economically. Products called "green juicers" were already being sold in the market when I felt the necessity of such a machine. I collected information to analyse the quality, convenience and economic efficiency of the products.

At that time, however, there was not a product that could really be called a "green juicer" in the entire world, but "A" company in Korea was planning to launch a green juicer in the international market. I made up my mind to make a top-class green juicer by myself and give hope to a lot of patients who are suffering from incurable diseases. The opportunity came to me in 2001. At first, I wished to self-manufacture a product under a new brand, but I reserved my plan due to various existing circumstances and on the recommendations of individuals surrounding me. An acquaintance advised me that it would be more advantageous to invest in an existing company in activating the green juice market.

I decided to invest in "A" company, which had been in the forefront of the green juicer in the past. At that time, the company was being sought by investors because its bankruptcy had lowered its value. I invested in the company and started to manufacture the product.

In the beginning, the process was hampered by a lack of managerial mind set, inexperience in the actual application of technology and questions regarding the manufacturer's moral responsibility. I had no knowledge of alternatives to recover customers' trust. I did not even know the simple fact that quality can give opportunities only to newly recovered companies. A method using communication and conversation to improve a product with a lot of problems was just a temporary means. Hence, I decided that I must make an opportunity by myself to supply products that I wanted. I secured qualified and excellent technicians who knew about the manufacture of green juicer to help me start to self-develop it.

It was not simply for the accumulation of wealth that I started the green juicer business. I also want to give hope to a lot of patients who are suffering from incurable diseases through a world-class green juicer that is very convenient and economical. I know that I can achieve my goal of becoming the world leader in the green juicer market. I will devote myself to making our products the best in the world, with the same devotion that I have shown to improve my son's health.

There are no limitations to our development and manufacture of green juicers. I am also committed to establishing and operating the Natural Health Institute for research into green juices, as well as its subsidiary sanitarium, which will carry out scientific verification.

Most juicers available through retail outlets (e.g. Panasonic, Breville, Black & Decker, Waring Health, Acme, Omega 4000, Jack LaLanne etc) are 'high speed centrifugal juicers', with speeds ranging between 1,000 rpm through to 30,000 rpm. Their main purpose is to produce juice as fast as possible, by cutting / shredding your produce at extremely high speeds. The result is generally an oxygenated juice that is heated at a molecular level, subsequently shortening the life of the juice to varying degrees. Most high speed juicers require regular pulp removal and cleaning, which can be annoying.

High speed centrifugal juicers are not true juice extractors, as the resultant juice also contains finely cut / shredded produce 'blended' into it, often giving the illusion of a higher juice extraction rate. Thus many 'high speed centrifugal juicers' are in reality a cross between a 'juice extractor / blender.' Although they cannot extract a 'living juice', they certainly can produce a "fast food" juice. High speed centrifugal juicers tend to suit busy people or 'beginners' who are happy with a basic quality blended juice.

Cold Press Masticating Juicers ~ Up to 200 rpm:

We chew our food at about 30 to 60 chews per minute via a cold press masticating process, thus insuring maximum nutrient availability. If our mouths were to imitate high speed centrifugal juicers, we would be chewing at an incredible 1,000 to 30,000 bites per minute... That is rather unnatural.

Some discerning customers insist on using only 'Cold Press Juicers' with speeds ranging from 70 to 200 rpm. Cold press juicers are purpose built machines that extract a high quality 'living juice' for maximum well-being.

Single gear juicers have an auger (i.e. single gear) in the juicing chamber, which extracts a high quality 'living juice' in three stages:

1. The auger takes a 'bite' of the fruit or vegetable with each revolution;
2. it then crushes (cold press) the produce at a very low speed, thereby preserving the maximum amount of nutrients;
3. and extracts an ultra high quality 'living juice.'

In summary, single gear juicers:

1. Are economical and parts are inexpensive to replace;
2. are excellent for both beginners and experienced 'cold press juicing' advocates;
3. extract the same quality juice as their 'twin gear' counterparts;
4. have a slightly lower extraction rate than 'twin gear' juicers;
5. will not last as long as the higher precision 'twin gear' juicers.

Twin gear juicers have two gears (i.e. twin gear) in the juicing chamber, which extracts a high quality 'living juice' in three stages:

1. The twin gears continually 'cut' the fruit or vegetables as the gears revolve;
2. then crushes (cold press) the produce at a very low speed, thereby preserving the maximum amount of nutrients;
3. and extracts an ultra high quality 'living juice.'

In summary, twin gear juicers:

1. Are higher precision machines utilising high quality stainless steel gears, hence are more expensive 'top shelf' units;
2. are excellent for experienced 'cold press juicer' professionals;
3. extract the same quality juice as their 'single gear' counterparts;
4. have a higher extraction rate than 'single gear' juicers;
5. will last longer than the economy 'single gear' juicers.

It is recommended that you drink at least 250 ml's of fresh living juice each day:

Although eating fruits and vegetables in their natural state does provide a substantial amount of vitamins and minerals, much of their goodness is locked in the fibre which is expelled from your body. However, you can obtain additional benefits from them when they are juiced, especially with a quality: low r.p.m. - cold press type - non-centrifugal juicer.

When you juice fruits, vegetables and etc., their goodness is released from the fibre and you are able to drink their highly concentrated nutrients, which are then able to enter your bloodstream very quickly and efficiently.

For Maximum Benefit:

It is recommended that you swirl the juice around in your mouth a little, thereby mixing your living juice with your salvia, which aids in a more complete digestion. This is especially applicable to carrots, as in their normal state carrots require considerable chewing. Drinking fresh juice before a meal often reduces hunger at meal time.

Never put the pulp back into the juicer, it will damage the screen and makes void the warranty!

Cold press juicers are excellent for juicing vegetables or a combination of vegetable and fruit.

Cold press juicers often struggle with soft fruit such as pineapple. (The LexSun Standard Juicer and LexSun Deluxe Juicer cope with sloppy fruit the best.)

When juicing a lot of soft fruit such as pineapple or watermelon, simply feed slower. Adding some carrot, beetroot or celery also helps prevent clogging.

When juicing apples, Granny Smith apples (or similar) are best, as they are a hard fruit and contain more juice. Red apples are not suitable for cold press juicers.

Juice backing up the chute? In 99.9% of the cases where the juice backs up the chute and the juicer is not operating as good as it once was, it is because the tiny holes on the juicing screen have become progressively clogged after repeated use, and normal washing is not always sufficient to remove the dirt. Solution: Soak the part/s in a dessertspoon of Ezy Kleen powder and warm / hot water overnight; rinse in water the following morning and the juicer will operate like new.
