Is Missing In Your Diet? The answer is simple - in raw fruits and vegetables. As long as we include them in our diet, we need not worry about obtaining all the minerals and vitamins which are required by our bodies. But besides convenience, why not eat more fruits and vegetables instead of extracting the juice? The answer is very simple. Whole foods require many hours of digestive process before their nutrients are finally available to be used by cells and tissues. Many of these nutrients are locked in the fibres which end up being expelled from the body.
According to H. E. Kirschner, M.D., the power to break down the structure of raw vegetables and assimilate the elements they contain, even in the healthiest individuals, is somewhat fractional - decreasing further in the less healthy individuals. However, in the form of juice, these elements are easily assimilated. Let us observe the following example: Suppose one were to eat a whole carrot. During the long and tedious process of digestion and absorption, the body would consume most of the nutrients found in that carrot. When the carrot is juiced, however, its goodness is released from the fibres and made available to the cells; thus many more nutrients can be obtained by simply freeing up digestive energy. It is important to notice that an adequate fibre intake is an essential part of every health-building program. And since some fibre is lost through juicing, there is still a need to eat an abundance of raw fruits and vegetables.
The following ailments and corresponding formulas are listed here simply for general information. They are not intended to be used as prescriptions. Whether or not one has studied the intricacies of the human body, it is required by 'Statutory Law' that ailments be treated under the direction of a licensed physician; however, it is recommended that one visit an experienced naturapath / nutritionist. Formulas are listed here in the order of their greatest efficacy, but remember - at least 1/2 to 1 litre of each combination listed must be taken daily for several weeks if perceptible results are to be noticed. Anemia - 19, 2, 9, 11, 20, 21 Refrain from canned foods, starches, and pasteurized milk. Arthritis - 7, 4, 12, 21 Eliminate meats and concentrated carbohydrates from the diet. Asthma - 5, 21 Avoid eating or drinking mucus-forming foods such as white bread, cheese, milk, and other dairy products. Blood Pressure (High and Low) - 2, 11, 6, 21 Smoking and alcoholic drinks are paramount reasons for high/low blood pressure. Get proper and sufficient rest. Exercise! Boils - 11, 16, 21 Eat lots of raw fruits! Bronchitis - 15, 5, 11, 21 Many victims of this condition have recovered after sufficient coIonic irrigations and enemas. See a certified colon therapist!
