Concentrations of essential minerals like calcium, iron, and zinc are found to be 50%-200% higher in juice from the Hippocrates Living Juicer than in juice from conventional high speed or centrifugal style machines.

Two adjustable pulp inlet caps means you can control pressure inside the machine while you’re juicing, allowing more of the cell wall to open which delivers more enzymes and nutrients into your juice.
