Outstanding Ten-Year Warranty
A
warranty is provided to the original purchaser for both domestic and commercial applications, that warrants
their product/s against defects in materials for a period of one
(1) full year on all parts and labour, two (2) years on all electrical
parts and ten (10) years on all stainless steel parts.
If
the unit is found to have defective stainless steel components
within the first five years or electrically defective parts within
the first two years, the parts will be repaired or replaced at
no cost to the customer. If
the unit is found to have been consumer damaged or abused, the
warranty does not obligate the repairer to bear any return to customer
transportation charges in connection with the repair or replacement
of defective parts. After
five years from the date of purchase, stainless steel parts are
warranted on a fully pro-rata replacement cost basis not to exceed
10 years from date of purchase.
This warranty is invalid if the damage of defect is caused by
accident, customer abuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, vandalism
or misuse.

The Divine Water Distillers are so easy to connect to the tap / water supply, that 90% of housewife’s install the units themselves.
The Divine Water Distillers emit small amounts of excess heat from the distillation process, as well as a low noise from the fan; thus most customers install their Divine Water Distillers in either their laundry or garage, either on a bench, or shelf.

All about the Divine Water Distillers
1) The
Divine Water Distillers are delivered with everything you need, and
are ready to connect to your water supply as soon as it arrives! For
your convenience we have supplied a complete assortment of adapters
/ connectors to cater for different tap fittings.
2)Divine
Water Distillers come with a large Pre-Carbon Filter, which removes
VOC [Volatile Organic Chemicals] prior to distillation. The filter
is good for an average of 5,700 litres of water, and changing one is
very economical. If you use 17 to 18 litres of water for each and every
day of the year, you need not change the filter for one year. If you
use about 12 litres of water per day you need not change the filter
for one and a half years.
3)Volatile chemicals like chlorine boil at a temperature lower
than water, and unless these chemicals are removed prior to distillation,
they will either go back into the distilled water - or be vaporized
into your home. Breathing them is believed to be as harmful as drinking
them. It is best to filter the water through carbon before distillation.
4) The Divine Water Distiller removes these volatile chemicals
PRIOR to distillation, thus ensuring that there are NO dangerous VOC's
being released into your home for you to breathe!
5) The Divine Water Distiller functions
are controlled by modern but simple circuitry. Divine Water Distillers
have no mechanical floats, no float seals
and no micro switches, which can cause the distillers
to leak, fail or require replacement. Detection of water level in the
boiling chamber and holding tank is done by sensors, thus eliminating
failures of floats, mechanical switches, seals and moving parts that
are used in many automatic distillers.
6) Easy
access to the electrical connectors. The plug-in connectors make servicing
the water distiller a breeze!
7) Divine Water Distillers sterilize themselves on a
regular basis, keeping your distiller germ free and eliminating the
need to manually sterilize the unit. The electronic circuit board eliminates
the necessity of manual sterilization.
8) Divine
Water Distillers have a Stainless Steel Heating Element! Also,
the Water Distiller Solenoid Valve is of stainless steel construction.
The in-line water supply is connected via a stainless steel connector to the water source.
9) The
Stainless Steel condensing coil(fan cooled) has a standard vent
for Volatile Gases to escape during distillation. The fan is protected
with a shroud, eliminating the possibility of the coil hitting the fan
blade during shipping.
10) The
Divine Distillers utilize a Post-Carbon Filter as well, which
is the final stage of the water purification process. Accompanying each
Divine Water Distiller is a sachet of charcoal which provides two additional
Post-Carbon refills (6 month supply).
11) Divine
Water Distillers are made of food grade 18-8 Stainless Steel for robust durability.
12) There
are NO PLASTIC or rubber gaskets that touch the water in the boiling
chamber. No floats or mechanical devices to get knocked around or put
out of alignment during shipment.
13) The
complete unit incorporates the boiling chamber on the top, and the stainless
steel reservoir / tank below, and is delivered Pre assembled. Much easier and quicker to set-up compared to other automatic water
distillers. Drain valves are already installed on the Divine water distillers,
and NO PLUMBER is required!
14) A
glance at the site glass shows exactly how much water is in the
reservoir.
15) Access
to the boiling chamber for cleaning etc. is very simple: simply undo
four (4) screws on the top of the machine and remove the stainless steel
top.

element is uniquely protected with a stainless steel casing that prevents
the element from any contact with the water.
18) In most cases all the customer needs to do to install the
Divine Water Distiller, is to attach the faucet on the front by hand,
no tools needed, and attach an incoming water line to the distiller.
