their product/s against defects in materials for a period of:
1 full year on all parts and labour
2 years on all electrical
parts and
10 years on all stainless steel parts
If
the unit is found to have defective stainless steel components
within the first five years or electrically defective parts within
the first two years, the parts will be repaired or replaced at
no cost to the customer. If
the unit is found to have been consumer damaged or abused, the
warranty does not obligate the repairer to bear any return to customer

of defective parts. After five years from the date of purchase, stainless steel parts are
warranted on a fully pro-rata replacement cost basis not to exceed 10 years from date of purchase.
This warranty is invalid if the damage of defect is caused by
accident, customer abuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, vandalism
or misuse.
IMPORTANT: Even though the Divine Water Distiller is very easy to install (by most adults & especially handy people), it is nonetheless a precision
instrument. Accordingly, your new Divine Water Distiller SHOULD be installed by a competent plumber, and a
proof of plumber's installation receipt issued for warranty

The Divine Water Distillers are so easy to connect to the tap / water supply, that many housewife’s have followed the simple instructions and installed the units themselves - disclaimer
The Divine Water Distillers emit small amounts of excess heat from the distillation process, as well as a low noise from the fan; thus most customers install their Divine Water Distillers in either their laundry or garage, either on a bench, or shelf.

Specifications continued - Post Carbon Filter - top
After the water is distilled, it leaves the stainless steel Condensing Coil and runs into a short silicone(natural food grade) connector hose, which then connects to the Post Carbon Filter Cup.
The Post Carbon Filter Cup is 3/4 full of loose coconut charcoal / carbon, which is used for the 'polishing' stage of the distillation process and for taste. The water then flows into the reservoir where it cools and is then ready to drink.
As distilled water is so pure, the charcoal does not require replacing as much as usual, so it is very inexpensive to replace.
As per the photo at left, the Post Carbon Filter easily disconnects when it is time to replace the charcoal.
The stainless steel Post Carbon Filter (at right), also includes a stainless steel mesh at the outlet, which prevent the charcoal falling out into the reservoir.
Q: When do I replace my charcoal?
A: When you notice a change in the taste of your pure distilled water

Specifications continued - Easy to clean the Boiling Chamber - top
Every 3 - 12 months the Boiling Chamber will need the chemical / mineral residue / scale removed, depending upon how many poisons / chemicals / minerals are in your water supply.
It is advisable to check after the first three months, and a casual observation will allow you to gauge the recommended frequency of future cleanings.
1) Disconnect from the power supply, 2) Remove Maintenance Cover (top view)
3) Condensing Coil is at left / Boiling Chamber is on right
4) Remove two wing nuts from Boiling Chamber lid
5) Solenoids can be seen on underside of lid, 6) Drain Boiling Chamber via Drain Tap, 7) Clean residue out via hand or vacuum cleaner, 8) It does not need to be spotlessly clean,
as it will soon be filthy again.
At right is a good example of what chemicals / minerals are left behind as scale in the Boiling Chamber. The colour and consistency is different with every water source.
Most people agree that it is better to have this residue left behind in the Boiling Chamber, rather than deposited throughout our bodies!
Specifications continued - All about the Divine Water Distillers - top
1) The
Divine Water Distillers are delivered with everything that should be needed, and
are ready to connect to the water supply as soon as it arrives! We have conveniently supplied adapters
/ connectors to cater for most standard tap fittings.
2)Pre Carbon Filter: Divine
Water Distillers come with a large Pre-Carbon Filter, (except the Divine 16L which is a cut down version of the Divine 30L.) If buying the Divine 16L and Pre Carbon Filter together, please request the connector parts (in Instruction Box on secure order page) so they can be added to your order free of charge.
The Pre Carbon Filter is especially beneficial if the water supply is very filthy, as it reduces the necessity of cleaning the boiling chamber frequently. The Pre Carbon Filter also removes
most VOC [Volatile Organic Chemicals] prior to distillation.
The filter
is good for an average of 5,700 litres of water, and changing one is
very economical. If 17 to 18 litres of pure distilled water is made each and every
day of the year, there is usually no need to change the filter for about one year. If 12 litres of pure distilled water is made each and every day of the year, there is usually no need to change the filter
for about one and a half years. In time, if you notice that the Boiling Chamber is taking a longer time to fill than usual, this usually indicates that it is time to replace the Pre Carbon Filter.
3) The Divine Water Distiller functions
are controlled by modern but simple circuitry. Divine Water Distillers
have no mechanical floats, no float seals
and no micro switches, which can cause the distillers
to leak, fail or require replacement. Detection of water level in the
boiling chamber and holding tank is done by sensors, thus eliminating
failures of floats, mechanical switches, seals and moving parts that
are used in many automatic distillers.
4) Easy
access to the electrical connectors. The plug-in connectors make servicing
the water distiller a breeze!
5) Divine Water Distillers sterilize themselves on a
regular basis, keeping the distiller germ free and eliminating the
need to manually sterilize the unit. The electronic circuit board eliminates
the necessity of manual sterilization.
6) Divine
Water Distillers have a Stainless Steel Heating Element! Also,
the Water Distiller Solenoid Valve is of stainless steel construction.
The in-line water supply is connected via a stainless steel connector to the water source.
7) The Stainless Steel condensing coil(fan cooled) has a standard vent
for Volatile Gases to escape during distillation. The fan is protected
with a shroud, eliminating the possibility of the coil hitting the fan
blade during shipping.
8) The
Divine Distillers utilize a Post-Carbon Filter as well, which
is the final stage of the water purification process. Accompanying each
Divine Water Distiller is a sachet of charcoal which provides two additional
Post-Carbon refills (6 month supply).
9) Divine
Water Distillers are made of food grade 18-8 Stainless Steel for robust durability.
10) There
are NO PLASTIC or rubber gaskets that touch the water in the boiling
chamber. No floats or mechanical devices to get knocked around or put
out of alignment during shipment.
11) The
complete unit incorporates the boiling chamber on the top, and the stainless
steel reservoir / tank below, and is delivered Pre assembled. Much easier and quicker to set-up compared to other automatic water
distillers. Drain valves are already installed on the Divine water distillers,
and NO PLUMBER is required in most situations!
12) A
glance at the site glass shows exactly how much water is in the
reservoir.
13) Access
to the boiling chamber for cleaning etc. is very simple: simply undo
four (4) screws on the top of the machine and remove the stainless steel
top.
14) Minimal
maintenance required.
15) In most cases all the customer needs to do to install the
Divine Water Distiller, is to attach the faucet on the front by hand,
no tools needed, and attach an incoming water line to the distiller.
No other automatic water distiller is this easy to hook up! It is
that simple!
16) All
repairs (seldom required) are undertaken in Australia via competent and efficient staff,
and a full range of spare parts and filters are on hand at ALL times,
so there should never be any delays waiting for replacement parts to arrive.
It shows his Divine 48L Water Distiller mounted on a book case in a laundry. The 6mm food grade water tube is connected to the cold water tap on the wash tub, and runs behind (not visible) the book case to the water inlet / connector at the left side of the water distiller.
Some customers fit their water distillers on shelves; others make stands or place them on a bench in the kitchen or garage.
Note the silicone hose connected to the waste water tap on the right side of the machine, which runs around the water distiller and into the wash tub. Occasionally it is a good idea to drain the boiling chamber via the waste water tap, to help reduce sediment building up.
The most important aspect is that there is a water and power supply nearby, and that the shelf / bench etc is sturdy.
Enjoy!
IMPORTERS: The Divine Water Distiller is imported directly from the
manufacturer. Accordingly, there is a complete range of spare parts on hand to service our customers, in the unlikely event that you may damage your water distiller.

2010, January. Mr Eric Dermott-Powell JP, Mortdale, Sydney, NSW, Australia. "I would like to order (6) six bags of carbon for the Divine stainless steel distiller [Divine 16L Water Distiller].
We enjoy the distiller.
Like to get the carbon as soon as possible.with thanks."
2009, March. Mrs T. Brooks-Kinsella, Southport, QLD, Australia. "I purchased a Divine 16L water distiller from JUICERS AUSTRALIA.
It removes everything. I only bought a 16 litre to start with but I'm eventually going to upgrade to a larger model. It's a really great machine. Since purchasing it, we've all been drinking pure water (even our dog!).
I'm definitely going to be looking closely at the upcoming electoral candidates in the Qld State elections to see who is going to remove fluoride from our water. I know there is an independent running in the seat of Gaven that is against fluoridation but I haven't heard of anyone else against it. We'll see what happens!"
2009, February. Mr David Peters, Toowoomba, QLD, Australia. "Dear WATER DISTILLERS AUSTRALIA,
Just wanted to say thank you so much for the Divine 48L Water Distiller. It arrived so soon after ordering, and was so easy to set up!
For some time now I have been thinking about whether water effects our health or not, and after some research was amazed that water quality really has such a bearing on ones' health.
Attached to this e-mail is a picture of the new distiller. We connected a drain hose (at right of distiller), for when we flush the boiling chamber. The hose runs into the laundry tubs at left.
Connecting the mains' water to the distiller was easy enough. The Pre Carbon Filter is at the back and also fitted in without any problem.
I fitted the Post Carbon Filter 'without' the charcoal as per instructions and ran the unit for one complete cycle, to sterilize the distiller as per the instructions. Our family were so excited after we discarded the first cycle, then put charcoal in the post carbon filter, then turned the unit back on.
The first batch had a bit of a taste, which we figure is some leftover residue from manufacture, but the second batch tasted better, and third batch is brilliant! On hindsight, we should have put the distiller though two sterilization cycles.
We allow the water to cool to room temperature, and in the photo below you can see us filling a 15 litre bottle for our water dispenser. It is delicious, and the guests just love it too. Tea tastes better, and my wife cooks with distilled water too. Our dog prefers the distilled water as well and has more energy!
Thanks again for this awesome product! It is a real blessing."
Thank you for my Divine Countertop Water Distiller which arrived safely on the 4th of December. I was so close to getting a water filter and it was only by chance that I found my way to your web-site and made the decision to buy a water distiller instead. I'm so glad I did.
The 'Divine' is a good looking appliance and very easy to use. But the real benefit began when I tasted my first glass of pure distilled water, it was a real thrill. The water tasted soft and sweet and was a such a pleasure to drink, a real luxury. And another bonus is that all my drinks - coffee, tea and soft drinks, etc. - have tasted better since I began using distilled water.
On a negative note I was horrified to find out the true quality of the tap water I've been drinking. After running through the set up regime with 8 litres of water there was a thick brown sludge left behind. I have the Kleaner which you advise to use every few weeks but I can see I will be using it far more often.
Of course, I'm aware that normal water contains elements that are necessary for health, so please will you direct me to information, or a website, that discusses these issues. I will be quite happy to take a daily tablet or tonic that supplies me with the minerals I need.
Thank you once again.
Kind regards, Isabel Collins
2008, November. Mr P. Tomlinson, Timaru, New Zealand. "Hi JUICERS AUSTRALIA,
Amazing! I have just ceremoniously tipped the rest of our bottle of
'Water Residue Cleaner' into the chamber [Divine 30L Water Distiller] for a second soak in vague
hopes of cleaning out the colossal accumulation of sediment in it!
A good point you mentioned: This happens to be the same stuff in us
creatures called humans who have not yet discovered that art of not
drinking it and in this regard we are indeed grateful for your help
getting free from this curse. Just hope I haven't too much already
clogging me up after a lifetime not realising the folly of drinking
water from public water supplies. I guess the distilled water will gradually dissolve the past indiscretion, over time of course.
I will need to buy a good few more bottles of Water Residue Cleaner
when in town next - whatever this chemical mix happens to be.
Mmmmmm... mmmm. 'Tis a great blessing to know about distillation.Cheers, Philip."
2008, July. Mr Mark Gibbs, Briar Hill, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. "You were right. The drain [Divine Water Distiller] was not tight. More Teflon and a tight attachment solved the leak.
PS: It is amazing that with a woven sediment pre-filter followed by a ceramic cartridge prior to the Devine, I still get a teaspoon of sediment out of the drain every 3 months. And Melbourne water is supposed to be one of the better town supplies."
2007, October. Mr Simon Cameron, Honiara, Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands. "Your water distiller is excellent, and that is no hype. It\'s a truly class performer. I\'m really really happy with it.As for your service, it\'s unparalleled and unsurpassed, and I mean that quite literally.
Although I live in overseas, I received my order from you in just two days! This is easily one of the best investments I\'ve ever made. Thank you so very much.
(And you can use that as a testimonial, too, AND quote my name, city and country)."
2007, September. Mr Gary Rowe, Bishop's Waltham, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom. "Hi Juicers... Just a note to say thank you for your help in sending the water distiller direct to Bali for me as I'm in the UK, and for your prompt efficient service. My family member in Bali has now received the goods which arrived much quicker than expected (4 days after ordering). Once again thank you and best regards Gary."
2006, November. Steve and Marilyn Finn, Kambah, Canberra, ACT, Australia. "Dear Sir,We have just received our order (as below) and appreciate the quick
delivery. The service, as always, has been excellent.
Thankyou.
Steve and Marilyn Finn."

Water Distillers ~ Distilled Water ~ Water Purifiers ~ Water Filters
Water suppliers find it "uneconomical" to supply the public with pure water, as up to 98% of the water supply will be used by the population to: flush toilets - mop floors - wash vehicles & clothes - industry etc. Although some councils and water suppliers claim that their water is suitable and safe for human consumption, they emphatically refuse to accept liability by supplying an Affidavit or Statutory Declaration to that effect, for fear of perjuring / implicating themselves!
Mass medicating the public by adding extremely poisonous toxic industrial waste to the water supply such as Fluoride(a corrosive Class 8 Dangerous Goods / HazChem 2 poison), is unethical, illegal and a serious crime against humanity.
Throughout 2000 to 2007, many builders in Kingaroy, Queensland found that the town drinking water was even unsuitable for making cement! During this period the Kingaroy Shire Council claimed that the town water was suitable for human consumption, while local farmer's calves would quickly die after drinking the town water supply! Go figure...
It is certainly wise (and cheaper) to make your own fluoride and chlorine free pure water at home.
"If tap water was truthfully labeled - most people would refuse to drink it."
Scale / Mineral / Chemical Residue Removed from Drinking Water after just 6 Weeks! - top

Top
View
The above
photos show the scale / mineral / chemical residue removed from the base
of the boiling chamber of one of our Water Distillers, after
just 6 weeks water distillation for a family of three. (All of our pure water distillers will produce the same
results.)
This particular residue is from one of the purest sources of council supplied,
non fluoridated drinking water in the South Island of New Zealand. Different
locales produce various amounts, types and colours of scale residue, depending upon what minerals / pollutants are in the water, e.g. sewerage & industrial waste; as well as what poisons and chemicals e.g. fluoride, chlorine etc, that your local government adds to your the supply.
Because of water distillation, the owner's kidneys, arteries etc are now free of such scale / mineral / chemical residue.
The Importance of Drinking Pure Distilled Water
"Since
we started using distilled water, our athletes have
been drinking more. We can only attribute that to the
fresh, clean taste "Dave Ellis, Director of Performance Nutrition at the
University of Nebraska Athletic Department.
"Even
tap water invariably contains a variety of poisons such
as chlorine, chloramine, asbestos, pesticides, fluoride,
copper, mercury, and lead. The best way to remove all
these contaminants is by distilling."How
To Save Your Teeth: Toxic-Free Preventive Dentistry,
Dr. David Kennedy, D.D.S.
This
is why people of all ages (as well as pets and plants), respond
positively to pure distilled water. Animals will always choose distilled water when given a choice!
(Note:
Certain champion race horses are always given pure distilled water to drink
- a secret practiced by a few very successful and famous owners.)
A
water distiller heats tap water to 100 degrees centigrade, causing the water
to change to steam, leaving behind harmful: volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
- inorganic minerals - chemicals - diseases - viruses and contaminants.
Clickhereto see the harmful contaminants that are removed from your drinking
water via Water Distillation.
The
steam vapour is condensed into pure distilled water leaving the remaining
sediment in the bottom of the stainless steel chamber. The purified water
then passes through an ingeniously positioned carbon filter, which further
purifies the water. No other purification system can match the quality
of distilled water with post carbon filtration. Most distillers produce
ultra pure water with 99.9%+ purity.
What
is distillation?
Distillation is simply the process of heating water to its boiling point; capturing
and then condensing the pure steam to form pure distilled water. In nature this
process is known as the hydrologic cycle.
Consumable
needs: Pure distilled water should be used for all of your consumable needs, or anything
that goes into your body. Whether you consume ice cubes, soup, coffee, tea,
pasta, rice, baby formula, juices, or just drinking water, the contaminants
that are in your tap water are still finding their way into your body
unless you are using pure distilled water.
How
nature purifies water:
Water is essential to all life. Without it the biosphere that exists on the
surface of the earth wouldn't be possible. Nicknamed the "water" planet, earth is covered by one of our most precious resources. However 97%
is locked in the oceans, toxic to humans and many plants and animals. How do
we obtain fresh water resources then?
Hydrologic
Cycle:
To understand, we need to turn to the Hydrologic Cycle. The Hydrologic Cycle (also called the water cycle) is the process that moves water around
the earth. The cycle starts with the sun heating water in our rivers, lakes
and oceans and turning it into water vapour, which rises into the air (called
evaporation). When water vapour cools it forms clouds (condensation), which become heavy with water and rains back to earth (precipitation).
Water
is not created or destroyed:
It is this process that cleans the earths water. Water is not created
or destroyed. Simply put, it is continually changing its form and location.
The water you drink today is likely to have been lapped up by animals and people
6 thousand years ago, or helped fill Julius Caesars bathing pool, or could
be from a tear from Jesus Christ (Aramaic = Eshoo). The water we use now is
the same supply the human race started with. Its quality is renewed again and
again by the natural Hydrologic Cycle that our Creator originally set in place.
Distilled water from the clouds.
How
water distillers purify water:
Water Distillers are performing not only as one of the most effective forms
of treatment, but they're one of the easiest to understand:
untreated water is converted into water vapour
which is then condensed back into liquid form
Most of the contaminants are left behind in the boiling chamber, with the condensed
water being virtually contaminant-free.
Anyone
who has accidentally let a pot of water boil completely out on the stove is
familiar with this process, and familiar with the crust of contaminants typically
left behind after the water is gone.
In
nature, this basic process is responsible for the hydrologic cycle. The sun
causes water to evaporate from surface sources such as lakes, oceans, and streams.
The water vapour eventually comes in contact with cooler air, where it re-condenses
to form dew or rain. This process can be imitated artificially(e.g.
water distillation), and more rapidly than in nature, using alternative
sources of heating and cooling.
What about the minerals that are removed via distillation?
As water distillation removes most minerals / elements from the water, it becomes just like pure rain water. Some people are concerned that if they drink distilled water or pure rain water, they will suffer from a mineral deficiency. If a person drank nothing but distilled water for the rest of his / her life, he / she would certainly become mineral deficient.
Please take note that the greatest amount of our minerals / elements that we require actually comes from the air that we breathe. To illustrate this point, imagine if a person stopped breathing for say 10 minutes. How long would that person survive without access to the minerals / elements in the air?
The next greatest source of minerals is from the physical food humans consume. Unlike air, humans can actually survive for several weeks without eating physical food. Please note that for every 1 litre of physical food that humans consume, humans require approximately 10,000 litres of air. Sports people and extremely hard working people can consume up to 30,000 litres of air for every 1 litre of food eaten.
Humans are mostly composed of water, i.e. approximately 75-85%. Every metabolic function that takes place within the human body is in a water medium. Water is essential for hydrating the body and especially the cells; and if pure enough, water is excellent for keeping the cells clean by removing toxins and cell debris.
In summary, the greatest percentage of minerals / nutrients are obtained in the following order of priority:
the air that we breath (10,000 to 30,000 litres per 1 litre of physical food),
physical food such as a well balanced diet of vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, meats (chicken, beef, goat...) etc.
Some people who eat a healthy balanced diet also take vitamin and mineral supplements, as well as consume regular amounts of pure water for hydrating the body and cleaning the cells.
Volatile / Gaseous Vent:
All good water distillers have a 'Volatile / Gaseous Vent' incorporated into the beginning of the stainless steel condensing coil, to prevent Volatile Gases contaminating the pure distilled water, by releasing any Volatile Gasses (if present in source water) into the atmosphere.
If there are Volatile Gasses present in the source water, then these Volatile Gasses are also being released into the air every time a consumer:
and is consumed every time the consumer drinks it.
If the source water is heavily contaminated with council poisons and subsequent Volatile Gasses, it is advisable to vent any room that has running water and especially heated water such as cooking / showering etc, as well as the distillation area.

Distillation units require only minimal maintenance, which usually involves draining
off the concentrated sediment and other contaminants that accumulate at the
bottom of the boiling chamber. It is not necessary to keep the bottom (inside) of water distillers spotless (especially with semi-automatic type water distillers that have an internal element in the base), as there will always be a sediment film on the bottom after each and every use.
The most important thing is to clean away the bulk poisonous / chemical residue, which if allowed to build up, makes distillation more inefficient.
The walls of the chamber may also need to be
cleaned of hard-water scale and other sediment that can accumulate. The required
amount of cleaning depends greatly upon the initial quality of water used. Very
hard water can produce heavy scaling in a relatively short period of time. If
soft water is used, cleaning difficulties should be minimal. (For your convenience we supply
a wonderful product called Steel Kleen for this very purpose. Steel Kleen can be ordered via the Divine Water Distiller page.)
The carbon / charcoal filters must be changed periodically as well. The best time to change is when you notice a 'taste' in the pure water. These are very inexpensive to replace.(Charcoal can be ordered via the Divine Water Distiller page.)
What is the difference between Automatic & Semi Automatic Water Distillers? - top
Now you are able to produce your own pure drinking water, at a fraction of the cost of bottled water [power consumption approx' 6¢ - 12¢ per litre]. Compared to the cost of buying water, this distiller will pay for itself in just 3 or so months! It makes sense to make your own pure water!
Our Water Distillers are also excellent for making your own pure Distilled Water for Dr Beck's electronic colloidal silver maker / Blood Cleaner.

After
almost 40 years of providing fluoride to the shire's residents northern
NSW's Ballina council is recommending that it scrap the service.
Since
1965 the council has offered fluoride in one form or another.
But
new legislation now classifies fluoride as a poison.
Ballina's
manager of water and sewerage, Phil Warner, says it is time stop the
practice because the council is no longer authorised to hand out fluoride.
"The
council has been providing fluoride to the community over the counter
for many years now, but in tablet form and also in drop form," Mr Warner said.
"Basically
fluoride is now considered a poisonous substance."
Reverse
Osmosis works by moving water through a membrane which acts as a filter. The
Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary says that osmosis is the "movement
of a solvent through a semi-permeable membrane (as of a living cell) into
a solution of higher solute concentration that tends to equalise the concentrations
of solute on the two sides of the membrane."
Water Distillation takes the water out of the "filth - contaminants
- diseases and viruses"
Reverse Osmosis takes the "filth and contaminants" out
of the water.
Advantages
of Reverse Osmosis:
Removes chlorine, taste and odour, and chemicals (with carbon pre-filter
or post-filter)
Removes
heavy metals, such as lead
Can
remove cysts - but not recommended
Disadvantages
of Reverse Osmosis:
Can
not remove radioactive contaminated water
Not
effective at removing biological components such as: Algae, Bacteria,
Crypto Sporidium, Viruses (Giardia etc.)
Wastes
water - usually 4 to 5 gallons of water go down the drain to treat 1 gallon
Produces
brine water waste
Check
on local government regulations for dumping brine water waste
Requires
pressures of 150-400 p.s.i.
High energy costs
Membranes are relatively expensive
Costly maintenance and replacement of membranes contribute significantly
to total production cost
Some compounds can make the membrane deteriorate or clog - e.g. chlorine
and sediment in the water
Therefore it can be important to pre-treat the water by suspending and
removing solid material, anti-scaling treatments, adjusting the pH, de-chlorinating
and softening
If
the membrane isn't changed regularly, a "dam" of filth
forms in the membrane, which subsequent water must pass through
This "dam" can become a breeding ground for Bacteria
- disease and viruses
