Warranty claims are handled in a prompt and professional manner. Each product is automatically warranted at the time of order; however, accompanying warranty cards can be completed and returned to the address on the invoice at the customers earliest convenience.

All repairs and part replacements are undertaken by one of several service agents located in Brisbane, Australia.

Warranty Returns:

• Customers must contact JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ before returning any product, as usually only a part needs to be returned and replaced,
• If possible, please submit a digital photograph with any Warranty Claim here. (The photo/s often saves the necessity and cost of returning the parts, which the manufacturer requires for quality control / inspection / replacement.),
• The product must be returned in it's original packaging (if the customer has destroyed the packaging, then the product must be returned in similar or better packaging),
• The customer is responsible for the return to base cost on any warranty claim, including insurance and packaging costs,
• JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ takes no responsibility for products damaged in transit due to negligent packaging by the customer,
• JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ takes no responsibility for products lost in transit due to the customer failing to insure the package,
• If a problem does exist with the product, JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ will either repair or replace the product at the management's discretion,
• If a problem does exist with the product, the return to customer freight and insurance will be at JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™expense,
• If exhaustive testing reveals no fault with the product, the return to customer freight will be at the customer's expense,
• JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ are not responsible for normal wear and tear of parts over time,
• Warranty claims are made void if the product is tampered with in any way,
• There is no warranty on accessories (as advertised).

Transferability of Warranty:
All warranties on all products are non-transferable after one month from date of purchase.

Limited Warranty:
All products (other than accessories) listed in this web-site are covered by a limited warranty. Limited Warranty (also known as Conditional Warranty) is a warranty given subject to the product being used as per the ‘instructional guidelines’ supplied. Thus, if a warranted product is used outside of its guideline, the warranty does not apply.

Servicing Non Customer Warranty Claims:
We do not service warranty claims from customers who purchased products from other businesses.

If the customer's product has not yet been dispatched, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If the product has already been dispatched, but has not been received by the customer, the customer may cancel the order by notifying JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ of such an intention here, and:

• upon the product's arrival the customer must immediately return the product at the customer's expense,
• the customer must return the product undamaged / unused / unopened / and in the original packaging,
• the customer will be refunded in full less the original postage and handling.

Please be assured that there are stringent quality checks on all products before they are shipped out to the customer. The products are well packaged for safe delivery; therefore the customer can expect to receive their purchase in excellent condition. JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ staff are happy to assist the customer in choosing the correct product suited to the customer's exact needs.

Although JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ does not encourage a "Buy & Try" policy, JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ will refund any product (other than accessories) for whatever reason, if the product is returned within 28 days from the purchase date.

A full refund will be given:

• less a restocking fee 20% of the product price,
• less the original freight cost from the warehouse to the customer.

The product must be returned:

• within 28 days of purchase,
• at the customer's expense,
• via insured delivery,
• in new / saleable condition,
• with all parts / accessories / books etc,
• free of any defect, damage, wear,
• in it's original packaging (if the packaging has been destroyed, the product cannot be returned),
• the customer must contact JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ before returning any product, so the correct / appropriate return address can be provided,
• include customer Name, Address, contact Phone Number/s and Order Number.

Returned goods that have been: tampered with / in damaged condition / poor packaging / missing parts, will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. Qualifying refunds will be made via crediting customer's credit card, or be paid by cheque within 10 days of receipt of returned product.

Q:  "Why does JUICERS AUSTRALIA©™ not encourage haggling?”

A:  Simple: all items are already discounted, which negates any necessity or urge to haggle.

Q:  “Do you think it is ethical to make a profit selling products, even if it is only a small profit?”

A:  If JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ supply products without any profit, JUICERS AUSTRALIA^©™ would become a charity and:

• Warranties would be made void,
• There would be no after sales service,
