Orders

orders are delivered by your choice of either Courier or Australia
Post. (Note - small items are delivered
via Australia Post).

Most orders
are dispatched from Brisbane with some massagers being dispatched from Melbourne.
Free
insured product delivery world-wide. (Accessories only orders incur a small courier
fee, please see 'Delivery Rates' below).
International
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, if applicable.
If
you are not at home / work (your designated location / destination) when the Courier arrives, a note will be left informing you to
make contact with the courier - to make another appointment time for
delivery.

Delivery Rates
Australia Post or Couriers: Customers receive free insured product delivery throughout
Australia on all non accessory items such as Juicers and Water Distillers etc, via your choice between Couriers or Australia Post.
Accessories Only Orders:
1) must be paid by Credit Card only,
2) and will incur a postage fee of $10.00 or more, according to
weight, size and destination.
Express
Delivery: Australia Post offer no insurance on Express Post deliveries. Please TAKE NOTICE that if you choose Express Post, it is at your risk i.e. we accept no liability whatsoever in the event that your item/s are lost or stolen. If you would like your Juicer / Water Distiller etc. to be sent via Express Post, please indicate so on the secure order page in the Comments Section. You will be charged the difference between the registered Express Post cost less the standard post cost. If you would like your Accessory only orders sent via registered Express Post, you will be charged the full amount of Express Post.
Import Duties
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS receive free insured product delivery to the countries listed.
For
purchase by credit card, orders will be processed immediately upon
receipt.
Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) orders will be processed immediately
after the transfer of funds is completed.
For payment by Cheque / Money Order, orders will be processed immediately
after the Cheque / Money Order has cleared.

/ city areas of QLD and NSW, please allow 1-4 business
days from the time of processing for the products to reach you.
For Australian customers in metropolitan
/ city areas of ACT and VIC, please allow 3-5 business
days from the time of processing for the products to reach you.
For Australian customers in metropolitan / city areas of NT and SA, please allow 3-7 business days from the time of
processing for the products to reach you.
For
Australian customers in metropolitan / city areas of WA and TAS, please allow 7+ business days from
the time of processing for the products to reach you.
All products sent to Western Australia is via Australia Post.
For
Australian customers in country areas of any of the above states,
please allow an additional day or two for your delivery.
For New Zealand customers, please
allow 3-7 + business days from the time of processing for
the products to reach you.
For International customers, please
allow 5-14 + business days from the time of processing for
the products to reach you, depending upon which country you reside
in.
Q: "Exactly what time of day will my order arrive (i.e. what day / hour / minute)?"
A: The Couriers and Australia Post deliver between 8am and 5pm during working days.
We are unable to give the exact day, hour or minute of delivery, as that is beyond our control. However, all online customers are e-mailed a tracking number which can be presented to their courier, who can trace the order.
Also, if no one is at the customer’s home / work when the courier arrives, a card will be left so the customer may phone the courier to organise final delivery and approximate time of delivery.
