Tourmaline, also known as "Electronic Stone", is mined mainly in Brazil, China and Israel.

This mineral has many colour variations and has been highly valued. When exposed to water it induces electrolysis and generates negative ions. It also ionizes water molecules by decreasing their size (negative ion effect).

1. Fill the Amazing Alkaline Water Flask with hot water before you first use it in order to activate the nano-particles. Please use hot water with a temperature above 60 C (90 F). Wait until the water cools down (to room temperature), then repeat by adding cold water - shake bottle then empty;
2. When the water is poured from your flask or when the bottle is shaken, you may hear a rattling sound. This is simply the minerals and mineral balls moving around and is normal;
3. When putting water into your flask for drinking, make sure that it is filled to the top. For maximum effect you can wait a few minutes but you will often find great results instantly. In order to extend the filter and bottle usage, please make sure the input water temperature remains below 50 C (120 F);
4. Please do not screw the lid on too tight, as energy released can increase the pressure inside the bottle;
5. When not in use, store your flask in a cool dry place. The removable filter is a replacement part and also needs to be stored separately when not in regular use (it can be stored in the refrigerator);
6. After some time, there may be a mineral or scale build-up on the wall of the bottle which shows as a white film. This is nothing to be concerned about and it can be removed by using a little white vinegar or lemon juice;
7. You may notice small gaps on the side of the top filter through which some water will flow. This will not effect the efficiency of the alkalinizer;
